Yes, you can live a longer life! And no, you can't do these 5 things!

Just be sure you never do these five common, not-so-obvious habits of women over 50!

I hate to be negative, but sometimes we have to remember those things we shouldn't do,

as well as those we should! And we're not just talking about avoiding sweets and doing our exercises! They're things that are easy to procrastinate about, but are truly essential to our living a longer, richer life!


According to Eat This, Not That! (ETNT Health), medical experts remind us not to:

  1. Skip Routine Screenings (you know the drill: colon, cancer, blood sugar, etc.)

  2. Settle for Inadequate Sleep (do you really want to gain weight?)

  3. Skip Strength Training (think increasing bone density to avoid osteoporosis )

  4. Avoid the Dentist (who doesn't hate the dentist, but who wants periodontal disease?)

  5. Ignore Your Mental Health (the benefits of laughter are immeasurable!)
