Now that you've been vaccinated, you can start getting back in the swing of things. But maybe you have some different ideas after lockdown...

So, it's been a little over a year since we've gotten out, pursued activities, socialized with friends and found ourselves again! Now, with most of us vaccinated, it can be a reality. Maybe you'll go back to things you've always done, or maybe you have developed a new perspective during lockdown. But the basic principles still apply, according to Dr. Noelle Nelson—psychologist, consultant, speaker and author.

In her article "Finding Happiness After 60: Following Your Bliss is Just Doing What You Love," she points out that you will do something more often because it's fun and you love it, rather than because it's just good for you. Makes sense, right? And no matter what you decide to do, Dr. Nelson says, "Let your "bliss" be what pulls you forward towards achievement. In other words, let the journey be every bit as enjoyable!
